Bienvenidos a este maravilloso chalet rural con capacidad para 7 personas situado en el pueblo de Lloseta.
Los exteriores son fantásticos, en ellos podrá contemplar el campo y vistas al pueblo. Refrescase en su piscina de 8 x 4.5 m2, relájese en una de sus 6 tumbonas, juegue en el jardín, o simplemente pasea contemplando los diferentes árboles frutales que hay en la propiedad. En el porche de 9m2 encontrará una barbacoa donde podrá cocinar unos platos exquisitos que podrá degustar junto a su familia y amigos en la terraza de 24m2 totalmente equipada con una mesa, sillas y una carpa.

La casa de 170m2 distribuidos en 2 plantas, tiene capacidad para 7 personas. Hay 4 dormitorios, 1 en la PB con una cama de matrimonio, aire acondicionado, vistas a la montaña y en suite, equipado con una bañera; y los otros 3 dormitorios, situados en la 1ª planta, cuentan con cama de matrimonio y aire acondicionado. Hay 2 baños más que dan servicio a toda la casa, 1 con bañera en la PB, y otro con ducha en la 1ª planta. Dispone de una cuna. Relájese en una de las dos salas que contiene la casa. Una más tranquila, equipada con 4 sofás, y TV-Sat; y la otra, forma parte del conjunto salón-cocina-comedor, donde encontrará una mesa y sillas, 2 sofás y aire acondicionado. La zona de la cocina de vitro está totalmente equipada para que pueda cocinar sin ningún problema. Dispone de plancha, tabla de planchar y lavadora.

LLoseta es un pueblo situado en la Tramuntana. Está a pocos km de Inca, una pequeña ciudad donde encontraran todo lo necesario para vuestra estancia: bares, restaurantes, pubs, tiendas locales, tiendas internacionales, productos artesanales, bancos, farmacias, hospital, centro deportivo, etc. Cada jueves, en Inca, hay un gran mercadillo por sus calles céntricas donde podrán encontrar textiles, frutas, verduras, embutidos artesanales, cerámicas, etc.

En solo 30 minutos en coche, llegaran a “Ses Casetes dels Capellans” y a “Ca’n Picafort”. Disfrutad de un día de playa, coma en un restaurante a pie de playa, vea la puesta de sol, o simplemente paseen por el paseo marítimo de Can Picafort hasta llegar al puerto donde encontrará gran variedad de barcas. Cerca también quedan las áreas del Puerto de Alcúdia y Pollença.

[+] So many positives, the villa was lovely, bright and spacious so we could all chill doing our own thing. Plenty of chairs, tables, towels and loungers inside and outside. Previous villas we have had to literally buy everything we needed, but here had toilet roll, basic cleaning products etc on arrival. Air con throughout the villa was very much appreciated! The views of the mountains were amazing. There is a neighbour is next door but you wouldn’t know as it is still very private. Nice having a garage to keep the car shaded. Got sun all day around the pool. Pool temperature was lovely didn’t need it to be heated. Pool side shower was warm water. Electric gate into the property so felt safe. Fly screens on the doors so didn’t really have any issues with bugs/flies/mosquitoes. Plenty of storage for clothes. A short car drive away 5-10mins to the shops. [-] We all found the mattresses were too firm and struggled to sleep on them. The steps into the pool were steep, my husband has a bad back and struggled getting in/out so maybe consider putting a supporting hand rail in for those with mobility issues?

Es war alles sehr sauber. Jeden zweiten Tag kommt jemand vorbei der den Pool reinigt. Wir würden auf jeden Fall empfehlen die Klimaanlage dazu zu buchen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind nicht weit entfernt. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche in der Villa.

Eine sehr schöne, großzügige Finka mit tollen Pool und großem Nutzgarten mit verschiedenem Obst und Gemüse. Die Innenausstattung ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und die Sauberkeit war leider nur mangelhaft. Zum Glück waren Putzmittel vorhanden. Eine Grundausstattung an Waschmittel, Spüli etc. stand auch zur Verfügung. Fast täglich kam jemand zur Poolreinigung und um nach dem Garten zu schauen und zu gießen.

Good place with good living and open area. In-house swimming pool, a small farm with fruit trees for walk , good in house parking space makes it special. A friendly dog and cat is also there in case you are a pet lover. Only suggestion is to change internet. Though we did not mind poor internet as it gave us more time to spend with each other. Owners only speak Spanish but with online translator we did not have issue :)

Das Haus ist gut ausgestallet und von der Einteilung her für 8 Personen sehr gut geeignet. Die nutzung der Doppelzimmer ist am besten für Paare geeignet. Die Eigentümer sind sehr herzlich und machten alles in Ihrer Macht stehende um uns einen tollen Aufenthalt zu bescheren.

Haus eingerichtet mit viel Liebe zum Detail,sehr sauber! - Nachteil: Keine Duschvorhänge. Doppelbetten verhältnismäßig klein,wenn man mit Leuten unterwegs ist, die sich nicht "zu nahe"stehen.

Sehr gut ausgestattete Villa, es fehlt an nichts. Küche sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Villa ist sehr Zentral gelegen. 30 Minuten bis Palma, 30 Minuten bis zum Meer. Einkaufen und Restaurants in 7-10 Minuten vom Haus entfernt. Auto ist empfehlenswert. Check-in leider etwas kompliziert, Besitzer spricht nur spanisch.

Es ist ein wirklich super schönes Haus, wunderbar gelegen, gut ausgestattet und super sauber. Uns hat ein älteres, supernettes einheimisches Ehepaar in Empfang genommen, das ausschließlich spanisch konnte. Aber mit ein wenig Kreativität haben wir uns verstehen können. Per Airbnb war bei sonstigen Fragen die (ich schätze mal kooperierende) Agentur sehr gut erreichbar. Wir haben am Ende unseres 10-tägigen Aufenthalts mit 5 Personen nochmal 50€ für den Strom bezahlt. Das einzige nicht zu verheimlichende und auch nicht kleine Manko dieses Hauses ist die Baustelle der Nachbarn in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Haus. Das hat an allen Werk- und Feiertagen über Ostern für erhebliche Lärmbelästigung und Gestank gesorgt. Warum trotzdem 5 Sterne? Das Ehepaar war superfreundlich, es ist ein tolles Haus und sobald die Baustelle weg ist würden wir sofort wiederkommen. Ich möchte nicht, dass eine schlechte Bewertung wegen der Baustelle dauerhaften schaden anrichtet, da es uns eigentlich sehr gut gefallen hat. Solange würde ich empfehlen, ähnlich wie wir eine sehr aktive Urlaubsgestaltung anzustreben- wir waren praktisch fast nur unterwegs auf der Insel mit dem Mietwagen.

Our group fluctuating between five and eight adults enjoyed a wonderfully comfortable and enjoyable 13 day at the house. We were very impressed with the home and amenities. The description of the house matched what we experienced. The house even included a large, adjacent dog pen area where the friendly, resident Jumbo the dog lived. We enjoyed having Jumbo's company and it was optional to let him out into the fully fenced and secure property area or not. Our trip was focused on rock climbing at various areas around the island and this house was centrally located for the areas we wanted to climb at. From the house it's a short seven minute drive to three different grocery markets in the town of Inca. The house is fully equipped with all kitchen amenities we needed including a BBQ grill. The outside dining table near the pool was really nice. Our English-speaking group speaks only a small amount of Spanish so we did have some difficulty conversing with the owners at check-in and during our stay but we always seemed to figure things out well enough.Thank you for our stay! I hope we did everything properly during our stay and for checkout. I apologize we do no speak Spanish better. The house and location are great and we would certainly like to stay there again.We would suggest a book with German and English instructions on how to use the kitchen appliances like the oven and dishwasher, what to do with used toilet paper (we did not flush it down the toilet and used the tiny bins in the bathrooms), explanation of the pool and pump system, what to do with trash/recycling/compost and what to do regarding Jumbo the dog.
