Discover the secrets of one of Mallorca's oldest wineries in a unique spirits tasting experience led by a Spanish Wine Educator. Just 10 minutes from the center of Palma, the historic Suau Winery opens its doors for a guided tour of its impressive underground cellar, with nearly two centuries of history, where you will learn about the art and tradition of distillation and the solera process, established in 1851.
Immerse yourself in the history and atmosphere of the largest underground cellar on the island. During the tour, our expert guide will explain the details of the artisanal production of brandy, rum, and gin. Taste three or six Premium Suau spirits aged 15, 25, and 50 years, extracted directly from the barrel. Each of these prestigious spirits is presented with unique notes and nuances that reflect the essence of Mallorcan tradition.
Accompany this tasting with a selection of high-quality local tapas, designed to enhance and complement each of the flavors of the spirits.
