Wonderful groundfloor apartment with a porch, prepared for 6 persons and 1 extra.
This groundfloor apartment counts with three bedrooms: two with a double bed and one with two individual beds. There is a possibility for a 7th person to sleep on the sofa-bed. There is one baby bed and a high chair available, on request. The apartment counts with two bathrooms with a shower (one of them en-suite).

Relax on the couch in the living- and dining room, with a good book or some satellite TV. There is a dining table for 6. The independent kitchen counts with a vitro hob and all necessary utensils to prepare a great meal. The laundry area is shared with the 1st floor apartment and counts with a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. On request, there are 2 electric heaters and fans available.

The furnished porch is perfect for barbecue dinners and long evening conversations. The barbecue is shared with the 1st floor apartment, but the sun loungers are for your private use.

Cala Figuera, in the southeast of the island, is an idyllic spot, know for its traditional fishing. A beautiful trail leads you along the shore to Cala Santanyí, a fine, white, sandy beach. A little further south, you will find Cala s'Almonia and Caló des Moro, two precious, little coves, while to the north, the Natural Parc of Mondragó will surprise you with its walking trails, picknick areas and sandy coves.
