Welcome to this cosy and beautiful villa amidst mountains in s'Arracó. It sleeps 4 people.
No matter wherever you look around, all corners in this wonderful mountain cottage emanate a special charm. One of them is the beautiful terrace -in front of a pretty stone building- which is perfectly furnished in order to enjoy a delicious breakfast or your meals while admiring the mountains and the town at the end. Another delightful corner is the one with the decorative old wood oven (you cannot use it). It is important that you take into account that it's forbidden to light a fire in the property being within the privileged Tramuntana mountain range. Everything around are mountains and fascinating greenery, a real treasure for those who love pure nature and peace!

You will be welcomed by a comfy living - dining room with TV-sat. Next, you find the kitchen, equipped with a gas cooktop, a table with chairs, a fireplace and exit to the exterior. The bathroom of the house has a bath and is accessible from the kitchen. On the first floor you will find 2 bedrooms with a closet each. One has a double bed and the other has twin beds and an attached space with the baby cot. A high-chair is also available. You will have a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. Finally, 4 fans and 1 radiator complete the equipment.

S'Arracó is a small village belonging to the municipality of Andratx. It is located in a small valley at the foot of the mountains. You will find some basic services like some bars, restaurants and a supermarket only 1.4 km away from the property. It also is the best starting point for hikers and cyclists. The nearest beach is only 5.8 km in Puerto de Andratx, which also is a really luxurious area.
