This 82 m2 house, distributed over three floors, has two bedrooms: one double with an en-suite bathroom with bathtub on the first floor and one twin on the second floor. A cot and a high chair are available on request. In addition to the en-suite bathroom, there is a bathroom with shower on the ground floor. The living room is welcoming and has two sofas, a coffee table, satellite TV, air conditioning and fabulous views. The kitchen-dining room is fully equipped, with glass-ceramic hob. There is a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.
Andratx is a lovely town which offers all possible amenities: supermarkets, bars, restaurants, banks, pharmacies, sports club, libraries, medical centres, etc. Besides, Port d’Andratx, known for its extensive tourist facilities, is just 5 km away. Among the leisure activities you can go sailing, canoeing, etc. Hiking lovers will enjoy the excursions to Sa Coma Freda, Puig de So na Vidala, etc.The area is surrounded by various coves like Cala Racó, Cala Marmassen Cala, Cala de s'Aritja, and different beaches.

TIPS & PRECAUTIONS
