This airbnb was fabulous! Beautiful view everything as described. Host was communicative when we need it help. We messed up our reservation and need it extended our stay one night-luckily nobody was booked so we could stay extra night foe additional fee. Thank you for that!!!! The address was little strange it led us to next door 35 instead 31 which we had little bit har time to find key lock etc. However we figured our door is next door so we got in no problem. It was nice we could park on the backyard next to the pool otherwise it would be a big problem since street is VERY SMALL!!!!! If you rent car get smallest as possible!! For us it wa challenge every day since we were leaving and returning back to bnb. Otherwise everything was nice great and we would go back!

A modern house for 2-3 people with a private pool and spectacular views to Andratx village and mountains.
The owner of this house has managed to combine a chic style with rustic elements, creating a unique home for our guests. A design 2.8 m x 1.5 m-sized pool with a chlorinated water is 0.5 m deep. Here you can enjoy swimming with open views to the village and nature. Next to the pool there is a terrace with a gravel ground which invites you to prepare a barbecue in the afternoon. An outside shower is ideal for cooling off during hot summer days. The plot is fenced and there are direct neighbors.
Inside the house there is a lounge with a comfortable sofa, air conditioning and a satellite TV. It will be a great fun to cook in a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area. There is also a toilet on the ground floor. A laundry corner on the terrace has washing machine, iron and ironing board.
The staircase leads to the first floor and to an air-conditioned bedroom with double bed and wardrobe. Here you will find a bathroom with shower as well as a small living room with a double sofa bed. A cot and high chair are available on request.
The house location is ideal for those who seek tranquility but wish to be near amenities. This house is close to many trails and routes for cycling. You can explore the Sierra de Tramuntan and its charming villages such as Banyalbufar and Sóller, climb the mountain La Trapa or Puig de So Na Vidala. In the village of Andratx you find all the services: a supermarket, bars, shops and a gas station. In a few minutes by car you arrive to Puerto de Andratx, a coastal town with a luxurious air. The next sandy beach is 11km away at Camp de Mar, and you can also visit the beaches of Sant Elm, Santa Ponsa and Cala Vinyes. The Andratx golf course is just 4km from the house.
To access the pool, you have to cross a small street. The parking space is just next to the pool area.
A car is necessary, but we recommend a small one as the road leading to the house is narrow.

The place was beautiful. I can’t fault the interiors or the views. It was quite difficult to drive to as other reviews have stated. I was in an Opel Corsa and managed to squeeze up without scratching the car, but it was quite nerve wracking and I almost burn the clutch out on the way up. Luckily we always managed to find somewhere in town to park and just walked up to the apartment most days. The only downside is that this is more of a self catering holiday let rather than someone’s home you are staying in. As such, usual basic facilities you normally get in an Airbnb weren’t included such as hand soap, dish soap, cooking oil etc. We didn’t have spare bedding when we arrived but this was quickly rectified by the managing agents, who were very responsive.

When we couldn't find our holiday rental they were very quick in replying and helping us out. As we dealt mostly with a third party company acting in the UK I can't say too much more.Villa had a few lights not working and no pool towels but other than that a beautiful villa and lovely stay.
See more Lovely rustic house with fantastic views! Lighting in the bathroom needs attention as bulbs missing over sink and shower makes the room dark. Could also do with bedside lamps as main bedroom light is very bright! The steep, narrow drive to reach the house was challenging but we soon got used to it. We thoroughly enjoyed a very peaceful stay there.
See more Wonderful little property with a spectacular view. Was a great location for us to explore the west of the island from as well as attend a friend’s wedding. Property was clean and well maintained with good appliances. Location wise Andratx has plenty of local amenities and we had a lovely stay. The port is worth a visit and has an excellent selection of restaurants. On the much mentioned car note: the lane up to the house is extremely narrow. We are both confident drivers and rented a brand new Toyota Yaris. Even this was extremely tight (I’m talking mm to spare either side of the wing mirrors). The house is at the top of a steep hill so if walking up inclines is any sort of an issue, you will need to drive. The entrance to the road is a hard and narrow right turn and there are two more hair pin bends lined with cars on one side to negotiate before getting to ‘the really narrow bit’. In hindsight we would have specifically requested something smaller - fiat 500 or aygo size - to make getting up and down the hill less stressful. There are lots of scooter hire places locally so this could also be an option if you’re confident on a bike. Some clearer instructions or a picture of where the allocated parking was would also have been helpful as we arrived in the middle of the night and struggled to find it. Saying that, watching the light dim over the town with the drifting scent of lemon trees floating through on the breeze was a delightful way to spend some evenings. When we did have a couple of issues the homerati team and the landlord were both really helpful and rectified things very quickly.

Amazing location, stunning views, and comfortable, clean, characterful accommodation, with everything we needed for a relaxing break. Andratx itself is a pretty sleepy town, largely untouched by tourism. You’ll find a handful of shops, bars and restaurants though, including plenty of ‘locals haunts’ and a large supermarket. Port d’Andratx is a 10-minute cab ride or an hour’s walk away when it’s a bit cooler. We would have loved the pool to have been a bit bigger. It’s fine for dipping into to cool off, but you you won’t be able to swim in it! In fairness, this is mentioned in the listing though. We were a bit worried there might not be any sun loungers as we couldn’t see these in the pictures, but we found two waiting for us. The road up can be a little daunting at first if you’re driving. We were in a Fiat 500 so were fine, but wouldn’t recommend anything bigger. Overall, would definitely recommend.

Great stay, challenging access with the car, but worth the trouble
Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt! Die Lage des Hauses ist super - man ist sehr schnell bei einer Vielzahl traumhafter Buchten und selbst nach Palma braucht man nur etwa 40 Minuten. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist auch gut - es ist etwas rustikal aber auch das hat seinen Charme! Der Pool ist super und man hat keine direkten Nachbarn, sodass man hier Ruhe findet und den Urlaub genießen kann. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Das WLAN ist leider nicht so gut…

Das Haus selbst ist schön, das Drumherum ist nicht so erfreulich.
2 choses importantes à savoir avant de vous engager : la "piscine" si belle sur la photo est en réalité un petit bassin d'environ 2 mètres sur 5 avec une profondeur d'à peine 50 cm, donc oubliez les ploufs dans l'eau turquoise. la maison se situe sur les hauteurs de andratx, on y accède en voiture par une ruelle TRES étroite, tellement étroite que nous ne l'avons empruntée qu'une seule fois de peur de rayer la voiture. Finalement, nous avons préféré faire le chemin à pied chaque jour (5 minutes de marche) et laisser le véhicule en contrebas dans un parking gratuit. Pour le reste tout est conforme, la vue est splendide, l'endroit est très calme, la maison est charmante, très bien décorée, et la terrasse très agréable quelque soit l'heure de la journée, le soleil y est toujours au rendez-vous.
