Welcome to this beautiful house for 6 people where you can enjoy a relaxing holiday near the coast of Mallorca.
The exterior of this villa is a real paradise for relaxation and enjoyment. A spectacular 9x4 metre chlorine swimming pool, surrounded by lawns, sun loungers and parasols, invites you to dive in and sunbathe in total tranquillity. The spacious porch furnished with table and chairs is the perfect place to share meals in the open air, while the charming terrace offers unique corners to enjoy a relaxing evening by the barbecue. Everything is designed to make every outdoor moment perfect.

The rustic interior, distributed over two floors, begins with the common areas on the ground floor and ends with the bedrooms on the first floor, all equipped with air conditioning. Here you will find a living room where everyone can sit on the 2 comfortable sofas and watch movies on the TV. The dining area has a large table where you can all sit together and eat delicious meals prepared on the fully equipped gas cooker. Before going upstairs, you have the first bedroom with two single beds and an en suite bathroom with shower. A toilet completes this floor. On the first floor, you will find the two remaining bedrooms, one with a double bed and en suite bathroom with shower, and the last one with two single beds and en suite bathroom with shower. Finally, if you are travelling with a baby, a cot and high chair will be provided.

S'Horta is a small and charming village in the interior of Mallorca, ideal for those looking to disconnect in a rural and authentic environment. Surrounded by hills, farmland and tranquillity, it is just a few minutes' drive from Cala d'Or, a lively seaside destination with restaurants, shops and a beautiful harbour. From here, you have easy access to some of the most beautiful coves of the island, such as Cala Sa Nau, Cala Mitjana or Cala Mondragó, all with crystal clear waters and unique natural landscapes.

Please note that the road to the entrance is shared with another property but in the house you have total privacy.

The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years.

You will have to pay the deposit amount at the arrival to the owner.
