The outdoor area of the property will impress you with its extensive landscaped grounds, ideal for relaxing or for children to play freely. The generously sized chlorine pool (8 × 4.5 metres, with a maximum depth of 1.60 metres) is perfect for cooling off on sunny days, while the outdoor shower and furnished porch area complete the relaxing open-air experience. You can also enjoy a spacious terrace where you can share meals prepared on the barbecue, watch the sunset or spend evenings under the stars. Please note that there are neighbours nearby.

Inside, the single-storey house offers a welcoming and functional atmosphere. It features a living-dining room with air conditioning/heat pump and a television. The kitchen has a gas hob and is equipped with all the utensils you need to cook just as you would at home. There is also a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. For sleeping, there are four bedrooms, all with a double bed and air conditioning/heat pump. One of the bedrooms also has an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and direct access to the terrace. A second bathroom with a bathtub completes the accommodation. If you are travelling with a baby, we can provide a cot and a high chair.

Artà is a charming village in the north-east of Mallorca, famous for its traditional character and rich history. From the house, you are just a few minutes' drive from the centre of Artà, with its lively market, restaurants and shops, as well as some of the island's most beautiful beaches, such as Cala Torta, Cala Mesquida and the extensive bay of Canyamel. A perfect place to combine relaxation, culture and nature.
