Villa Finca sa torre

This ancient mill has been renewed and transformed into a magnificent house in s'Horta. It boasts a private pool and it's located just 4 km away from the paradisaical beach of Cala sa Nau. It sleeps 6 people.
The exterior area of this villa is very beautiful. There are different garden areas, one porch and one terrace ideal to enjoy a delicious barbecue alfresco, and the best of it all, a beautiful private chlorine pool -sizing 8 x 4 metres and with a water depth ranging from 0.5 to 2.15 metres. The views from here to the bay of Portocolom are impressive. The landscape will be your best company not only to enjoy a nice dip in the water, but also to bask in the sun for a while on one of the 6 sunloungers with a good reading.

Inside, the mill has been enabled as an incomparable house, amazing our guests with a special personality. The living room, with wonderful views, features 2 comfy sofas where you can watch the satellite TV or a DVD film. Then, you find the dining room, which is perfect for a banquet whilst listening to some music. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob and a table for meals also here. There are 3 bedrooms with a closet each. One has a double bed and the other two have twin beds set together, one of the lattest with an en-suite with a bath. There is another bathroom with a bath for the rest of the house. The laundry room offers a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. A baby cot, a high-chair, 5 fans and 5 electric radiators complete the equipment. Please, take into account that due to the typology of the house, you'll find some steps here and there to go from one room to another.

The property is only 100 metres from the town of s'Horta, where you'll find the basic services for your stay. On the other hand, the golf course Vall d'Or is only 3.3 km away, and the paradisaical beach of Cala sa Nau is 4.2 km away, among many others like Cala Marsal, Cala d'Or, etc.
