This lovely property is located at a very quiet residential area near Cala Santanyí with a private swimming pool, welcomes 4 guests.
This welcoming countryside house disposes of fantastic outdoors, full of life and with a private lovely salt 4m x 3m swimming pool, with a depth of 1.4m. It has three big porches where you can relax anytime or enjoy a nice meal with your loved ones beside the barbecue. There are carobs trees, fig trees, almond trees and you will also find hens. Take note that at the same plot, there is a second house lived in occasionally.

Once inside the property, you will find a dining-room with satellite TV and air conditioning. A kitchen with, with gas stove, has all the necessary amenities you might need to prepare your favourite dishes. It disposes of 3 bedrooms with a wardrobe, two of them with a double bed and air conditioning, and a third one with a single bed. If you come with your baby, we can provide you a cot and a high chair. There is a bathroom with a shower. You will have a washing machine, an iron and an iron board at your service.

The house is located at a very quiet residential area, near the gorgeous Cala Santanyí. At this area you will find a lot of idyllic coves like Cala Santanyí, Cala Llombards or Cala Figuera. You will be able to discover delightful like the southern coves, the famous and sublime Es Trenc beach or the protected area of Parque Natural de Mondragó.
