Modern house for up to 6 people in the town of Porreres, ideal for families or sports groups.
In the exterior of the house you can enjoy a swim in the chlorine pool of 6 x 5 m and a depth of 1x2m, or sunbathe on one of the sun loungers, then take a good shower and enjoy an excellent dinner or a good roast on the fixed barbecue, under the porch.

The house is distributed over two floors. On the ground floor you will find a modern living-dining room with comfortable sofas and a dining table, satellite TV, air conditioning and a wood stove for stays in colder months. There is also a fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher and a breakfast table. You can also access the outside patio from here. In the separate laundry there is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. In this same floor we have one bedroom with double bed, en suite bathroom with shower, in addition to wardrobe, television, fan and radiator. Upstairs, there are two more rooms, one with 2 single beds and another bedroom with a double bed and an excellent dressing room and en suite bathroom with shower. All rooms have television as well as other basic amenities. On this floor you can also find an another bathroom with bathtub. There are 7 radiators available.

Do not hesitate to visit the beaches of Ses Covetes and Sa Ràpita, fine sandy beaches where you can admire the sunset with a delicious cocktail. In this area there are various bars and restaurants offering typical Mallorcan cuisine. Es Trenc beach, well known for people visiting Mallorca, is 20 km away. Other beaches that are worth visiting are Cala Anguila, Porto Cristo or Porto Colom, among many others. Porreres is a very authentic village, surrounded by countryside and forests, located in the center of the island. You will find there everything you may need for a pleasant stay. After a family dinner in the village, you do not have to take the car since you can walk from the center of Porreres to the house. If you like sports, the area is perfect for cycling and hiking such as visit to the Sanctuary of Healing or a horseback ride through Randa. In about half an hour by car you will reach the south coast and the town of Colonia de Sant Jordi. Playa des Carbó, Sa Rapita, Es Trenc and Playa des Port are paradises with fine sand and crystalline waters. In Colonia de Sant Jordi you can expect good fish and seafood restaurants.

The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years.
