Exceptional house in the outskirts of Sa Pobla with private pool and capacity for 6 guests, a 15 minutes' drive from Playa de Muro beach.
How about a refreshing bath in the 12x5,5m large freshwater pool with a water depth of 0.8 - 1.8m? The pool is kept clean with chlorine. You can relax on one of the sun loungers on the pool terrace while the children play in the garden. Covered terraces invite to spend the whole day outdoors and for dinner you can indulge friends and family with grilled specialties.

The magnificent house has 200 m2 on one floor. Upon entering you are in the modern, air - conditioned living - dining area with comfortable sofas, satellite TV (english channels) and dining table for 6 people. The separate kitchen has all necessary equipment and utensils, incl. ceramic hob, which you need to cook your favorite dishes. Of course there is also a washing machine, ironing board and iron. There are 3 bedrooms: 2 are furnished with 2 single beds and 1 with a double bed. The double bedroom has the bathroom with bath tub "en suite", another shower room is available to all residents. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and have a wardrobe. On request, a cot and high chair are provided.

The house is located in the urbanization of Crestatx, between sa Pobla and Pollensa. It is a very quiet area where you can relax and enjoy the holidays. In sa Pobla you will find all the necessary services for an independent stay such as supermarkets, bars and restaurants. The house is on the way to beautiful beaches such as Puerto de Alcudia, Alcanada, Mal Pas, Puerto de Pollensa or Formentor. Do not forget to visit the magnificent town of Pollensa and climb up to the "Calvario" to enjoy spectacular views.
