Surrounded by nature and with a large terrace, this charming house in Santa Maria offers the perfect outdoor space for a holiday with family or friends. Enjoy pleasant alfresco meals on the large furnished porch, organise barbecues in the outdoor area with a fixed barbecue and relax in the 6x3 metre chlorine pool with a depth of 1.60 metres, ideal for cooling off on sunny days. The terrace offers quiet corners with views of the rural surroundings, perfect to disconnect from the daily rhythm.
The interior of the house combines rustic style with all modern comforts. Distributed over two floors, it has spacious common areas, such as a cosy living room with Smart TV, a separate dining room and a fully equipped gas kitchen with the necessary utensils to cook during your stay. The three bedrooms, all with fans, guarantee rest and comfort. Two of the bedrooms have twin beds and one of them has an en suite bathroom with bathtub. The third bedroom has a double bed. There are two more bathrooms, one with shower on the ground floor and one with bathtub on the first floor. If you are travelling with a baby, a cot and high chair will be provided. Finally, for your convenience there is a washing machine, iron and ironing board.

9 guests reviewed this property. Prachtig huis, super locatie. Wij hebben er een mooie tijd gehad! Het enige min punt is dat de riool lucht snel omhoog komt. Toch een fijn verblijf gehad!
House is immaculate and well equipped. Enjoyed our stay from the first moment we arrived. Managed to find the place quite easily from the directions given- and that was at 11pm at night when its quite dark around. House is in a quiet area. Its about 10-15mins walk from the centre of town and mostly flat so quite easy to walk. Parking was not a problem and there was even fresh eggs available when we went as there were chickens at the the far end of the garden (fenced off). Would definitely stay again- Santa Maria is a great base for day trips to other parts of the island. I would recommend the vineyard in the town. We had the tour and it was great value.

“We had a wonderful stay in this nice house. The owner is very kind and we could speak quite well with him. They served us very well. A cold day was ahead and they brought us extra blankets. We used the pool almost every day. Early spring, but fine to swim and relax. We certainly will come back one day! The village has just enough to spend a day. All around you find beautiful city's and villages. Biking (race- mtb- flat) is very popular here! The island is magnificent! ” “Thank you for the pleasant visit. We found the place very nice and hope to come back some day. The upper bathroom may need some attention regarding the smell. We found it hard to find the house in the dark. The 'name' of the house was not on any display, also not on the house itself. The address misses a house number. At least indicate it is next to number 14. It took us an hour to find it in the narrow streets.”
